We discuss questions, the terms of the deal and the content of the documents with you in Russian. The documents themselves are not drafted in Russian, so it matters to understand them before you sign, not after.
On the ground, on the island
Viewings, checks on the property before purchase and signing at the notary's office all take place in Mauritius. We are here on the island, not in another country.
One Russian-speaking contact
Milena stays in touch with you at every stage: you can ask your questions in Russian, without an interpreter.
02 What to ask

04 Cost
How much does buyer support cost?
On new builds, the buyer pays no agency commission: the developer pays it. On other properties there is a commission, and we state its amount in advance — before the viewing and before the signing.
All the purchase costs →New builds
On developer programmes (PDS, IRS, apartments in R+2 buildings), the agency commission is paid by the developer, not by the buyer.
Other properties
On the resale market, the agency commission in Mauritius is usually 2% of the sale price + 15% VAT. We state the amount before the first viewing.
Long-term rental
The agency commission equals one month's rent + VAT, and we state the amount at the start of the work.
