Auralis brings together nineteen villas in the Ocean District, the newest part of Azuri Ocean & Golf Village, on the north-east coast of Mauritius. On the developer’s price list dated 23 June 2026: 29,250,000 to 29,750,000 MUR for a semi-detached villa, 58,500,000 to 72,500,000 MUR for a single-storey villa, and 89,900,000 MUR for the signature villa. Registration duty (5%) and notary fees (1.15%) come on top of these prices; the décor pack is not included.
Three bedrooms. They are all en suite and air-conditioned in the single-storey villas; in the semi-detached villas, two of the three bedrooms are en suite. A fourth bedroom of 10.16 m² is offered as an option at 1,050,000 MUR.
The single-storey villas have a pool extended by the covered terrace and the garden. For the semi-detached villas, a 5 x 2.5 m concrete pool is offered as an option at 1,515,000 MUR.
Azuri allows purchase by non-citizens subject to regulatory conditions. The exact terms depend on the unit chosen and are to be checked case by case with your notary.
The price list dated 23 June 2026 lists a fourth bedroom (10.16 m², 1,050,000 MUR), a kiosk with barbecue and timber deck (19.89 m², 2,500,000 MUR) or tiled (2,000,000 MUR), a free-standing kiosk, a 5 x 2.5 m concrete pool (1,515,000 MUR), a single carport (1,050,000 MUR) and an extended single carport (2,000,000 MUR).
