Auralis brings together nineteen villas in the Ocean District, which opens onto the island’s second-largest lagoon. The twelve Type A villas are laid out on a single storey around three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms; the living area opens onto a covered terrace of about 43 m², then onto the landscaped garden and its pool. A fully fitted kitchen, a wine cellar and three parking spaces are included.

The estate offers 1 to 3 bedroom apartments at Les Méléanes, 3-bedroom townhouses at Ophélys, villas with 3 en-suite bedrooms at Auralis, as well as a 3-bedroom PDS apartment and a 4-bedroom penthouse with a private pool.
The entry price on the estate is Rs 8,400,000 for a 45 m² one-bedroom apartment at Les Méléanes. The 2-bedroom starts at Rs 11,500,000 and the 3-bedroom at Rs 17,200,000. Ophélys starts at Rs 28,200,000 and Auralis at Rs 29,250,000. Registration duty (5%) and notary fees (1.15%) come on top of these prices. An increase to 10% for non-citizens had been announced in the budget for 1 July 2026: it has been repealed, and the rate of 5% remains in force.
At Les Méléanes, the apartments measure 54.72 m² with one bedroom, 71.91 m² with two bedrooms and 109.90 m² with three bedrooms, private garden in addition. The Ophélys townhouses are 167.45 m² covered on plots of 288 to 337 m². The Auralis villas range from 167.45 to 322.33 m² covered on plots of 281 to 680 m².
Azuri has The Nine golf course, a 9-hole par 3 designed by IMG whose 147-metre finishing hole is played onto an island green. The village also has the Oxygen Racket & Fitness Club with four floodlit tennis and padel courts, a fitness area and the MTA academy, a market square, restaurants, the Seaside Shop open every day from 8am to 8pm, and a beach.
