This permit is issued to close family members: spouse, children under 24 and parents (father and mother).

Recently, addicts have the right to work, but only if they obtain one of the different work permits.

Dependents of occupancy permit holders and/or retired non-citizens may apply for a residence permit.

Dependents are defined as spouse (including opposite-sex partner), parents and children, including stepchildren or legally adopted children, under the age of 24.
The application for a residence permit as a dependent is filed with and decided by the Passport and Immigration Office.
